A day out and a shiny new game~

kinirokitsuneYesterday, David and I hung out. It was pretty fun! First, we went to eat at a place called Georgia dinner. OMG GAIS The French onion soup there is DELICIOUS~ It was soooo long since I had it. Seriously a great place to eat. Anyways, after we finished eating and paying we headed out and walked around for a bit before heading into the mall and went to Target.
Inside Target, we both got Icee's and walked around the store while every so often refilling the cups. Then while looking at the games, we found one of the Layton games, Wound future, for 20 dollars. It was a frikkin steal and the last copy too! So, I bought it and was pretty much bouncing. We also talked about the other games that they had for the 3DS. He told that his coworker offering him a BRAND NEW Zelda for the 3ds for 20.
I told him, "Get it. *SHAKES HIS ARM* GET ITTTT! IT'S A GREAT GAAAAAAAME." He told me that he would since it was good deal and my enthusiasm for the game won him over. That and when it comes to games, I tend to know my stuff. (I have a list of game that I want for the Xbox when I have the money....Though, I might wait till the new one come out. I will be mad though, if the Xbox use the only new game can be played on the new Xbox) We talked about various other good game for the DS and 3DS. When I told that Tales of the Abyss is a MUST for the 3DS, he told that another coworker of his said the same. (Also, he asked me if he need to play Ace Attorney or Dragon Quest other game in order to understand the game. I told him no. Due to the fact, in PW the sorta tell you what happened in the last games. Dragon Quest...no knowledge is needed.)
I also told him that America is getting the Phoenix Wright movie. It be out sometime in July. We were both very happy about that. I really hope it's subbed and not dubbed. No offense, but I saw the VA that they did for Feenie in the Capcom VS Marvel and was not impressed.
Then, when we visited one the Gamestop outside the mall. Then what did I find? In the PS2 section the had Shin Megami Tensai Nocturne AND Shin Megami Tensai: Digital Devil Saga 2. I nearly cried. One was 25 and the other was 35. I did no have enough money for either for them. Also, I despaired over not owning a PS3 mainly due to the Tales of Grace F game.
David, laughed, at me due my utter despairing of not being able to afford the game. I explain that finding those games in GS is rare. Even used copies tend to get snatched up as soon as they appear. I pretty much despaired a bit more and cursed the gaming gods for letting me such a things. I also drooled over Person 2: Innocent Sin. I managed to control myself for about 5 second before again cursing the gaming gods. IT WAS THE LAST COPY. *SOB* I cannot and did not find it in my gamestop since they were all sold out. Also, I pointed out P3P and the story behind...Told him unnecessary info about P4 and that it will be available for the Vita.
After that, we walked a bit and had some Malaysian cuisine which was sooo hot, but really good. (Next time tho, I'm going for Pad Thai) Then, we took the bus and went home. It's nice to have a somewhat gaming geek to talk about games.
Sam may be my BBF, but her knowledge on game is limited. Granted, her parent don't let her play VG, so I understand. Also, I need to find more RL friends that are into games. I get lonely not being able to squeal like a banshee at the arrival of new game. 8<
Also, I got bored today and did a bunch of quizzes, but this one I liked
